Jenny has had creative juices running through her veins from the first moment she was able to grip a crayon.

Although she initially started with a double major in art while at college, life pulled her away into different directions, including teaching, counseling, research,and education administration.

Despite not having a degree in the fine arts, art has been like her shadow, always with her although it may not be visibly present at times.

While going through a very rough period in her life, an art professor introduced her to art therapy – an invaluable gift for which she remains truly grateful.

The experience further cemented art’s essential role in her life, and Jenny has let her creativity show both in and out of the studio (e.g.: her wedding reception–a full-scale DIY affair).
